We are seeking Anesthesiologists for an ongoing locums opportunity.

We are flexible with the level of commitment for this role and are willing to work with your availability. The minimum commitment will be 4 shifts a month.

Rates upwards to $300/hour are available, based on availability and experience.

Available shifts:

• Monday - Friday

• 8 AM - 5 PM

• No weekends

• No Calls

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluating patients’ vital signs, medical histories, allergies, current medication use, and other risk factors

• Working with a medical team to design a patient’s treatment plan

• Supervising nurses when they administer anesthesia to patients before procedures

• Monitoring vital signs of the patient during surgery and adjusting anesthetics as needed

• Maintaining detailed notes on patient treatment, dosing and vital signs

• Continuing care after surgery to control the level of pain relief and consciousness

• - Communicating continuing care instructions to specialists and nurses

The preferred candidate is expected to perform:

• Personal injury procedures

• Trigger point injections

• Cervical and lumbar Epidurals

• Percutaneous disc decompression

• Disc fx Radio frequency ablations

• Nerve blocks

• Si joint fusions

• Spinal cord simulators

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted GA State Medical License

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology
