Locum Anesthesiologist needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility North De Land, FL. FL license required,

• Needed coverage: Two 24-hour weekday call shifts per week (7am – 7am the following day).

• The locum would work in house during the day from 7am – 5pm (could be as late as 7pm).

• After 5pm or 7pm, the locum would have pager night call until 7am the next day.

• Independent practice - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOLO

• Must have 2 years experience

• Must have clean file

• Types of cases: BREAD AND BUTTER; ORTHO; GI; GS; PODIATRY; UROLOGY (adult and geriatric no peds)

• EMR: EPIC.

• Will cross credential at 1 site.

• Credentialing: 60 days.

• $2,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
