Outstanding General Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Flexible Schedule with 13 Weeks Off Annually - $75K Start date bonus

Join Our Anesthesia Team at HCA Northwest Hospital– Where Excellence Meets Balance

Highlights of this opportunity:
•    Anesthesia Care Team is comprised of 17 Anesthesiologists, consisting of General, Cardiac and Night Float, 13 APPs, and Anesthesiology residents
•    Built-in efficiencies that enhance physician work-life balance
•    13 weeks off per year with a thoughtfully designed rotating schedule, and significant blocks of time off
•    1:8 1st call; BPR with - Post- call day off
•    1:8 2nd BPR call (Very rare Call-in rate) 
•    1:8 WKD: In-house Sat & Sun 7a-6p covering 1 resident on OB and 1 APP in OR with post-call day OFF on Monday
•    Dedicated night float team providing additional coverage and support
•    Approximately 125-150 OB Anesthetics per month
•    9 ORs, 2 OB ORs, Endo, EP and IR
•    ACGME Accredited Anesthesiology Residency
•    Must be proficient in basic regional and OB
•    Must be BE/BC

Case Mix: General Surgery, Neuro, Electrophysiology, Urology, Robotics, Orthopedics, Spine, Obstetrics.  No Open Heart | No Pediatrics

• $75k sign on bonus, relocation, and for residents still in training “Earn While you Learn” Monthly Stipend.
