Though we cover numerous hospitals and ASCs around the Denver metro and throughout the state, our physicians are regionalized to a smaller coverage area and we currently have a need at the Louisville location covering AdventHealth Avista.

• Cases include General Bread and Butter, Spine, Gyn, General, OB, Urology - combination of hospital and ASC work.

• USAP Colorado offers an equitable highly competitive compensation plan.

• The estimated starting compensation for the position is over $550,000 (based on average of 12 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay.

• 2-year partner track wealth-building shareholder opportunity is available.

• $30k sign on bonus OR a $20k sign on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment, alongside a $20k relocation bonus (if eligible)
