Locum Anesthesiologist *115765: Flagstaff area, Arizona

• Contract Length: 5 month - Ongoing

• Shift Details: 7a-7p unless otherwise noted

• Work Details:

• Support Staff: CRNAs

• Patients per day: 50-60

• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.

• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

• Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs

• Practice Setting: Hospital / Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required

• License Required: Active AZ license

• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS

• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
